Location: East Hampton, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

A busy family in East Hampton, NY, is seeking a proactive, highly organized Family Assistant / House Manager to oversee household operations and maintain a well-organized, efficient home. This role is more focused on organization and household management rather than deep cleaning, though strong housekeeping skills are required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and local (within a driveable distance to East Hampton).

Responsibilities:

• Keep the home tidy and organized, including managing storage, pantry, and common areas.
• Oversee household operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage overflow laundry (washing, folding, and organizing) if needed.
• Handle grocery shopping, inventory management, and online orders.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors as needed.
• Offer driving support during emergencies (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

• Experience in household management, family assistance, or a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
• Flexible for occasional childcare or errands.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
