Today’s term for individuals working within a private home is Private Service Professional. These individuals are dedicated to the subtle art of managing the lifestyles of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. The NCS usually has specialized training or experience working with premature babies and multiples. Their primary role is the support and education of parents and the direct care of newborns, usually overnight or 24-hour shifts. Generally, Ranch Managers live on the property and must be available 24/7 for emergencies.
