She recognizes the intricacies of working within private households and is dedicated to fostering robust relationships with both clients and candidates to secure long-lasting, mutually beneficial matches.
Jenni’s career in private service began in 2003, following her graduation from college with a Bachelor of Arts in English. As a Nanny and Family Assistant in Dallas, Texas, she was instrumental in the upbringing of the children in her care, coaching their sports teams, and providing support for various events and private gatherings. Her warm demeanor and dedication made her an integral part of the family. Subsequently, Jenni relocated to Hawaii to obtain a Master’s in Secondary Education, further honing her skills in working with children and young adults. During her time there, she worked as a Nanny and Family Assistant for two years, before transitioning to a middle school teacher position at a private school in Hawaii.
In 2012, Jenni relocated to Washington, DC, to take advantage of an opportunity to work as a Nanny for a well-respected family. However, her tenure was brief, as she soon moved into a leadership role as a House Manager and Family Assistant, where she remained for nearly a decade. Jenni was a trusted advisor to this family, accompanying them on domestic trips, overseeing the planning and execution of events, and playing a key role in the recruitment of staff. Her passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds inspired her to pursue a career in staffing.
As our Estate Staffing Director, Jenni serves as the liaison for our team, overseeing the daily operations of Domestic | Match and PCM. She specializes in placing Private Chefs, Household and Estate Managers, and Personal Assistants, and she takes great satisfaction in working closely with clients and candidates to help them find the ideal match.
